HOLDING YOUR TEAM SPACES
Camp bed space for teams are held based on each player completing an application and paying a $200 deposit fee or by pay a team deposit check of $1,500 by April 1st. Coaches who want to bring their team to camp need to ask us to save a team space. Team space after April 1st is only held with deposits. We allow ONLY 14 teams per session so it’s important to secure your team’s space ASAP and with estimated player numbers. Many teams are already booked. Go to Teams Coming in 2010 on our home for more information.
Coaches and Team Organizers we suggest the following:
1) Get your players committed to attend.
2) Collect their deposits/applications (or they can go online from our home page and pay their fees with a credit card. Many coaches are now using this method to avoid them paper work. When a player applies online both the player and coach receive an email indicating they have registered. This will only happen if the player inserts your email address on the online application. This will allow you to keep abreast of who has applied
3) Once you have your team’s applications in hand mail them to us.
Each player will receive and a camp acknowledgment letter that we received their application. On line applications camp acceptance letter is on the home page. A player’s balance is due the first day of camp. A separate refundable room/key deposit check of $50 is due at registration. Check is mage out to CCSC.
This will help you secure your team place and allow your team to experience a great week with us. We know that it's not always easy to collect deposits, so you can also hold a team space EARLY with a $1500 team deposit. Player applications and player remaining deposits amounts equal to $200 per player is required to be sent to our office by May 15th. As the coach you would apply your team deposit amount to whomever player’s you want. You need to give us those amounts and players name when sending in your player applications to us.
Our camps fill-up every summer. We have many teams and many individual campers attend and we operate on a first come first save basis with payment and applications required. Thank you for understanding.
